Planned Drilling Program:
Western Plains has participated in 7 drill location so far in 2011 2 which are 100% WPP. We are continuing to acquire well licenses and plan to do more development drilling this fall and through the winter.

The overall operational and financial focus is to acquire low risk conventional heavy oil well production through two moderate risk activities that build incremental shareholder value without introducing excessive financial leverage.

Aquisitions
First, the Western Plains team is particularly skilled at acquiring heavy oil assets currently held by producers on shut in or producing status, and through either a re-work or activation program either enhance or bring the wells back on line with incremental production.

Planned Drilling Programs
Secondly, Western Plains has sufficient land and drilling opportunities to execute numerous moderate risk drilling programs. Beginning in the summer of 2008, Western Plains will begin the first of a number of planned drilling programs, capturing the most economic and risk adjusted returns for shareholders.
