February 2010
We have entered into an agreement to acquire 100% working interest in petroleum &
natural gas rights located at in the W/2 of 25- 23-48 W3M located in the Maidstone area of western Saskatchewan from a private non-arm’s length oil & gas company. There is a history of heavy oil production from this block and WPP is negotiating with an operator in the area to acquire two shut-in wells also located on these properties.

August 2009
We have 4 producing wells in Maidstone with average rate of 35 bbls/day. Have 5 wells in the Lloydminster area on the Alberta side recently purchased from Sahara Energy. 2 have being reactivated with a combined rate of 40 bbl/day and expect another 40 bbl from the other 3 recompletions.
